Norway bans AI use in elementary schools, shifts students from tablets to books
Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced the new policy late last week. In a related move, his government will increase funding for the use of more books in classrooms, instead of computer tablets. “The most important thing in school is that our children learn to read, write, and do mathematics,” Støre said.
